A Seat at the Table is an award-winning 24-lesson program exploring sensitive topics in the workplace through an unscripted roundtable discussion. From gender equality and ageism to white privilege, learners will better understand these social issues and how to model conversations constructively at work.
CASE STUDY: In February 2020, I took on the role of producer and director to develop and create a pilot episode of a new program, called A Seat at the Table. We navigated challenges on the COVID-19 pandemic to revive the project in 2021. Recognizing its potential, the first season was expanded from an initial six episodes to eight. This success led to further investment, and we went on to produce two additional seasons, completing them in 2022 and 2023.
A Seat at the Table has won 9 Telly Awards for excellence in corporate training. 🏆
